Setting up direct deposit and payment methods for couriers

GoRoute offers flexible payment options so you can access your delivery earnings on a schedule that works for you. Setting up your payment method takes just a few minutes.

Linking your bank account

Go to Account > Payment Methods > Add Bank Account and enter your routing and account numbers. GoRoute will send two small verification deposits to your account within 1 to 2 business days. Once they appear, return to the app and enter the exact amounts to confirm. Your bank account is then ready to receive payouts.

Weekly direct deposit

By default, earnings are deposited weekly every Tuesday for the previous week's deliveries (Monday through Sunday). Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2 to 3 business days. There's no fee for weekly direct deposit and no minimum payout amount.

Fast Pay (instant cash-out)

Need your money sooner? GoRoute's Fast Pay feature lets you cash out your available earnings instantly to a linked debit card — up to once per day. Each Fast Pay transfer costs $1.99. To use it, go to Earnings > Cash Out and select the amount. Funds arrive in your account within minutes, making it ideal for covering same-day expenses.

Troubleshooting payment issues

If a payout fails, it's usually due to incorrect bank details or an expired debit card. Check your information in Account > Payment Methods and update as needed. Failed weekly payouts are retried automatically on the next business day. If problems persist, contact GoRoute courier support for help.
