How to update your courier profile information

Keeping your courier profile accurate ensures customers can identify you and that GoRoute can reach you with important notifications. Most changes can be made directly in the app.

Profile photo

Go to Account > Profile > Edit Photo. Upload a clear, front-facing headshot with good lighting. No sunglasses, hats, or filters. Photo updates are reviewed by GoRoute and typically approved within a few hours. Customers see your photo when tracking their delivery, so a professional image builds trust.

Phone number and email

Update your phone number in Account > Personal Info > Phone Number. You'll verify the new number with an SMS code. For email changes, go to Account > Personal Info > Email and confirm via the verification link. Your old contact info is deactivated once the new one is verified.

Vehicle type

If you've switched from a bicycle to a car (or vice versa), update your delivery method in Account > Vehicle Info. Changing to a car requires uploading a driver's license, registration, and insurance. Your delivery radius and order types will adjust automatically based on your vehicle selection.

Delivery preferences

In Account > Delivery Preferences, you can set your preferred delivery distance, order types (food, groceries, packages), and whether you're willing to accept stacked deliveries. Adjusting these preferences helps GoRoute send you orders that match your availability and comfort level.

Name changes

Legal name changes require verification and cannot be done in-app. Contact GoRoute courier support through Account > Help > Contact Us with a copy of your updated government-issued ID. Changes are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
