Understanding quest bonuses and weekly incentives

GoRoute offers quest bonuses and weekly incentives to reward drivers who complete a certain number of trips within a set time frame. These promotions can add a significant boost to your regular earnings.

How quests work

A quest is a promotion that pays you a bonus when you complete a specified number of trips within a defined period — usually a week or a weekend. For example, a quest might offer $75 for completing 40 trips between Monday and Sunday, or $30 for completing 15 trips between Friday 5 PM and Sunday midnight. Quest bonuses are paid on top of your regular trip fares and tips.

Choosing your quest tier

When quests are available in your market, you'll see a notification in the app. Many quests offer multiple tiers — for example, $25 for 20 trips, $75 for 40 trips, or $150 for 60 trips. You select the tier that matches your availability. Choose realistically — if you don't complete the required trips, you won't earn the bonus. You can change your selected tier before you complete your first qualifying trip.

Consecutive trip bonuses

GoRoute also offers consecutive trip bonuses in some markets. These reward you for accepting multiple rides in a row without going offline. For example, you might earn an extra $6 for completing 3 consecutive trips. The bonus resets if you decline a request, go offline, or cancel a trip. Consecutive bonuses are shown as a banner on your home screen when active.

Tracking your progress

You can track your quest progress in Earnings > Promotions. A progress bar shows how many qualifying trips you've completed and how many remain. GoRoute sends reminder notifications as you approach the deadline to help you stay on track.

When bonuses are paid

Quest bonuses are added to your earnings immediately after you complete the required number of trips. They appear as a separate line item in your earnings breakdown and are included in your next scheduled payout or available for Instant Pay cash-out right away.
